Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Aura Pillars (the "Service"). By creating a chart, signing in or buying a report, you agree to them.

What the Service is

Aura Pillars calculates a Four Pillars (BaZi) chart from the birth details you enter and describes it in plain language. The chart is calculated by a rule engine. The written report is generated with the help of an AI model from that calculated chart.

It is a self-reflection tool, not fortune-telling. It does not predict events, and nothing in it is medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Do not make important decisions on the strength of a report alone.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Make sure the address is correct and that you control it: your purchases are saved to that account, and whoever can read that mailbox can sign in. You must be at least 18 to buy.

Purchases

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, taxes and receipts. The report is delivered digitally in your account soon after payment. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

Your information

You are responsible for the birth details you enter. If they are wrong, the report will be wrong. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the Service: no automated scraping, no attempts to access other people's accounts or reports, and no use that interferes with the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Our content

The Service, its design and its text belong to us. Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may keep it and share it with people you choose, but you may not resell it.

No warranty and limits of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for accurate calculations, but we do not promise that a report is error-free or suits your purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
